SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
Birds, Snakes, Lizards, and Tortoise/Turtles are all shipped within 5 working days to your doorstep for a flat 150.00Eur regardless of how many animals are on your order. For example, if you order a lizard the shipping cost is 150.00Eur, and if you order 100 lizards the shipping cost is still just 150.00Eur. The quantity, weight, and species of animal is irrelevant.
DELIVERY METHODS
The delivery of our equipment will be made by La Poste in Colissimo within France and Europe for all low-volume packages or by the Schenker courier service for all bulky packages and/or terrariums. The delivery of our reptiles and amphibians will be made by France express. Our live arthropods and insects for food are delivered via Chronopost. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the carrier and the weight of the package.
WITHDRAWAL ON SITE
You have the option to pick up your order at one of our collection points. After payment, you have maximum 5 days for pickup.
SHIPPING DELAY
The average delivery time observed for delivery in Metropolitan France and Europe zone are 3 to 6 working days, depending on the destination of the shipment. No shipping are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This period can be shortened or extended depending on the delivery option chosen. These deadlines are given as an indication and without commitment on our part, and cannot be the subject of a claim for compensation from Rare exotics. The delivery times indicated on the order confirmation email sent by Rare exotics apply from receipt thereof, except for orders paid by check or bank transfer, the shipment of which is only effective from receipt of payment.
We will e-mail you a tracking number once it becomes available to us on the evening your order is shipped.
Our boxes are packaged safely and securely by experts who have been shipping reptiles and birds for many years.
